By Amera Kudamat | Fundraising Coordinator
Reason for Deactivation:
Due to the ongoing political situation in the West Bank, we have encountered significant challenges in carrying out the project as originally planned. The current circumstances have led to unforeseen disruptions and have made it increasingly difficult to sustain the momentum needed to meet our fundraising goals.
As a result, we have made the decision to temporarily deactivate the project. This step will allow us to reassess the best way to move forward and ensure that the project can be successfully implemented when the situation stabilizes.
Impact of the Project:
While we are pausing the project for now, we want to reassure our supporters that the funds received so far will be re-directed to support another ongoing campaign, Project #61633 - Support Urgent Medical Needs of Palestinians. This project provides critical medical assistance in response to the immediate needs arising from the current situation, and we believe it is important to support our community during this time of crisis.
We are deeply grateful for the generosity of our donors, and we are committed to making sure that the funds will continue to make a meaningful impact, even in the face of these challenging circumstances.
Future Plans:
The project continues to be of great importance to our organization, and we are hopeful that with the right conditions, we can relaunch it in the near future.
We plan to relaunch this project once the situation allows us to fully re-engage with our community and supporters. We will continue to monitor the situation and keep our donors updated on our progress. We remain deeply committed to improving the lives of children with hearing loss and look forward to reactivating this project when conditions permit.
