This quarter, we welcomed new survivors into the shelter, providing them with a safe space to heal and begin their journey toward independence. We continue to support all survivors through holistic programs that include counseling and skill-building initiatives. Survivors actively participate in practical training such as beadwork, tailoring, baking, crocheting, and sustainable farming. These activities not only help them gain valuable skills but also boost their confidence as they prepare for life outside the shelter.
The introduction of new survivors, combined with the ongoing support for those preparing to transition, underscores the undeniable impact of this project. Women who arrived at the shelter feeling hopeless are now gaining confidence, building resilience, and creating paths toward economic independence. The knowledge and skills they acquire here not only transform their lives but also create a ripple effect, benefiting their families and communities.
We remain committed to the long-term goal of empowering 150 survivors, fostering resilience, and building a movement of women determined to make better lives for themselves and their families. Your support has been instrumental in achieving these milestones, and with your continued contributions, we can sustain this vital work. Together, we can create lasting change and help these women reclaim their futures.
