Progress Report for GlobalGiving
Dear supporters and donors,
As we approach the July Bonus Giving day, Scheduled for 12th July, we are delighted to provide you with an update on the progress of some of our talented young musicians, thanks to your generous contributions. Daniel, Ruth, and Ian have achieved remarkable milestones in their musical journeys, and we are excited to share their achievements with you.
Daniel, one of our young aspiring pianists, has advanced to Grade 5. Currently, he is immersed in preparing for the related repertoire for the same grade. Daniel's dedication and commitment to his craft have paid off, as he seamlessly sight-reads Grade one standard pieces. His technical skills have significantly improved, and he consistently displays a deep motivation to explore new avenues, including a budding interest in composition. With your continued support, Daniel's potential is boundless.
Ruth, another talented pianist, has also progressed to Grade 5. Her sight-reading abilities have been improving day by day, allowing her to navigate through Grade One pieces effortlessly. Ruth's technical proficiency has soared, and she is currently mastering challenging Bach minuets, for example. Her unwavering motivation fuels her enthusiasm for learning new material. Your support has played a vital role in Ruth's growth, and we invite you to continue your generosity to help her flourish.
Ian, a budding trumpeter, is an exceptional self-driven individual with great discipline in his practices. He has made steady progress and can now sight-read all the ABRSM Grade 5 exam pieces and scales. Ian's sight-reading skills are exceptional, as he effortlessly performs grade 2 standards with all the dynamics in place and a steady pulse. Additionally, he has embraced new challenges by joining the junior orchestra, dedicating his Saturdays to practice and even occasionally assisting with conducting. Ian's determination and talent shine through, and your support has been instrumental in nurturing his musical growth.
These young musicians have flourished under the guidance of their dedicated teacher, Shafic. Their achievements are a testament to the power of your generosity, and we are immensely grateful for your continued support. Your contributions have not only enabled them to progress in their respective instruments but have also instilled a love for music and the arts that will undoubtedly shape their futures.
As we move forward, we kindly request our current donors to consider continuing their invaluable support, allowing us to sustain and expand our program. Your contributions have made a significant impact, and with your ongoing commitment, we can nurture more young talents like Daniel, Ruth, and Ian, giving them the opportunity to thrive and fulfil their potential.
To those who haven't contributed in a while, we encourage you to join us on our upcoming July bonus day on 12th July. Your support can make a world of difference in the lives of these passionate young musicians, providing them with the resources and opportunities they need to continue their musical journeys.
Once again, we extend our deepest gratitude for your unwavering support and belief in the power of music education. Together, let's continue to inspire and transform lives through the joy of music.
Warm regards,
