SEMA's Nutrition and Community Health teams continue their work within the Mobile Health Clinics project, and they conduct regular visits to the camps and villages in north of Syria. The Nutrition teams screen and identify malnutrition cases among pregnant and lactating women, newborn babies and children, and they provide the needed supplementary nutrients.
In addition, the Community Health teams work on raising the awareness of the displaced people on health issues through individual and group sessions. These teams also play an important role in bridging the gap between the health centers and the community, correcting the misconceptions that are common among people, providing the needed medical counselling, and referring the cases that require treatment to the health centers.
We would like to express our gratitude for your previous support for this campaign. It quite contributed to continuing our services to the displaced people in north of Syria.
Let's keep up our support for the displaced so we offer them a healthy and better life
