Imagine fleeing your home to escape war, only to face another battle—this time for your life. Ms. Izdihar, a 67-year-old grandmother, nearly lost her life to sudden kidney failure after fleeing to northern Syria. But thanks to your compassionate support, we were able to save her at the SEMA Dialysis Center. Today, Izdihar receives life-saving dialysis twice a week, giving her a second chance at life.
Yet, Izdihar is just one of many. Hundreds of patients in northern Syria are suffering in silence, struggling to access dialysis treatments due to scarce resources and high costs. These patients need you. Dialysis is their lifeline, and together, we can provide them with hope and the treatment they deserve.
