Each day is marked by its exceptional accomplishments, made possible by your boundless support. We are delighted to share with you the details of last Sunday, where the staff of Al-Farabi Hospital worked under unprecedented pressure as the main and only free hospital providing natural and cesarean birth services 24 hours a day in the city of Bab, northern Syria. Despite the high temperatures engulfing the region, the hospital witnessed a surge in natural births, cesarean sections, and surgical procedures.
The dedicated staff proved worthy of your support by successfully performing 13 natural births and 8 cesarean sections, marking the first time the daily count reached 21 deliveries. In addition to these, other gynecological surgeries were performed at a rate of one birth every hour.
The doctors, nurses, and technicians tirelessly continue their work without rest or pause, driven by the urgent need for medical care for women and children, as well as the soaring costs of childbirth in private hospitals.
From the depths of our hearts, we extend our gratitude to every helping hand that has reached out to us with kindness, bringing joy to the hearts of mothers and families through the arrival of healthy newborns.
Please continue your great humanitarian efforts to ensure safe deliveries with the highest efficiency and professionalism, at zero cost. Your generosity has covered it all.
