We are thrilled to share an update on the progress of little Murhaf's treatment and the impact of your invaluable support.
Murhaf, a one-year-old boy, was in a critical condition due to severe and mixed malnutrition. His parents initially refused medical intervention, but thanks to the efforts of our dedicated mobile teams, we were able to provide continuous and urgent care. By closely monitoring his nutrition and providing F100 milk, we played a vital role in saving his life. Murhaf fell into a coma for hours, but with intensive care, he gradually recovered.
Your support has empowered us to operate mobile teams in IDP camps across northern Syria. These teams track malnutrition cases and raise awareness about this life-threatening condition in camps and displaced communities.
We express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has contributed to reducing the impact of malnutrition and aiding in the recovery of our young ones.
Your ongoing support enables us to save countless new cases of malnutrition, which unfortunately remain common in northern Syria. Together, we can make a difference.
