The child-friendly protection center in Azaz, Aleppo held a celebration in solidarity with the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, with the participation of a number of children with special needs in northern Syria.
The event included the implementation of several interactive activities in support of the child and the publication of a number of panels bearing silent messages about the importance of integrating and encouraging this category.
This activity is part of a broader vision, especially with regard to persons with disabilities, as SEMA gives them priority in accessing services and works on securing wheelchairs for children with special needs.
