As a very busy year speeds to the end of year holiday season, we have been exceptionally busy with our on-going advocacy work, this will be so essential as the City of Cape Town is proposing significant changes to management of the baboon human interface in 2023.
In addition we continue to liaise with colleagues all over South Africa as we strive to help baboons in need.
We are so pleased to report that we have ordered our next five trap cages, these will be used to help safely secure injured baboons (and other wildlife) when they are injured and need veterinary care. The trap cages together with other essential equipment will be deployed after we have hosted workshops on use of the equipment in the New Year.
Please read our October 2022 Newsletter (in the link below) where we detail our activites over the past months.
Thank you for your on-going support, the baboons need our help more than ever and we are so thankful you have their interests in mind.
