Happy summer to all!
We at Libros para Todos are hard at work preparing for summer camp 2024. This year, for the first time ever, we will coordinate 4 summer camps at 4 different locations during August! This will directly benefit 110 children and be of great help to working parents.
Our goal is to bridge the gap in educational opportunities between upper and low income neighborhoods and villages. All our camps include meals, all materials, professional instruction and are free of cost for all campers. We continue our fundraising efforts so that we can continue to help spark a love of reading in the hearts of hundreds of children.
This year, we also hope to take a group of 20 children and parents to tour the archeological site, Cañada de la Virgen, as they will be reflecting on cultural identity, community and tradition during their summer camp. Please help us make this possible! We are so close to reaching our annual goal by September 1!
