This project is designed to cover the costs related to swimming lessons and other sports for 84 school children and adolescents, sheltered in Hogar Bambi Venezuela. In particular, professional fees, logistics/transportation, materials, implements and sports equipment.
It is important to highlight that the pandemic conditions implied the adaptation to a new educational modality (distance and now semi-presential), representing an opportunity to provide the children and adolescents with swimming lessons to explore and strengthen abilities and skills to learn and practice swimming, extracurricular activities that have helped the children and adolescents' coordination and agility, integration, companionship. They have also improved their school performance and their mood.
In this respect, their educational program includes sports activities (swimming), performed at the institution under the supervision of Bambi's teaching team.
