YOU Are Making A Difference--AND GREAT NEWS!

YOU are amazing!

YOU have helped Nyaka take the first steps to keeping YOUR children safe.

Thanks to your support, Nyaka has been able to mobilize support to end sexual assault in the communities where we serve. We are working with experts, local community members, your students, grandmothers, and Nyaka staff to think of ways to protect children from predators, eliminate stigma for sexual assault survivors, provide quality counseling for any child who is sexually assaulted, and ensure that every rapist and pedophile remains in jail.

As you read this, people are mobilizing in Uganda and around the world to make sure that these goals are achieved. YOU are part of an international movement to end the victimization of children in Uganda!

We also wanted to say a special Thank you!

This September, we told you that our Founder and Executive Director, Twesigye Jackson Kaguri, was nominated for the 2015 Waislitz Global Citizen Award. Thanks to YOUR votes and shares, Jackson won!  He was officially named the 2015 Waislitz Global Citizen in front of a crowd of 60,000 people at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City!

Now more people than ever have heard about Nyaka and it's all because of YOU!

This is a big step forward to help more children and grandmothers in Uganda.

Thank you so much for YOUR support! Everything is possible when we work together!

Jackson Won Thanks to YOU!
