As the school begins to return to the classrooms in Mexico, we prepare to face the educational crisis that is and will be a reality for millions of Mexican students, especially for those in disadvantaged contexts due to the loss of effective monitoring and accompaniment during the pandemic.
SER and Enseña por México continue to train leaders who are agents of change so that they can face this reality and support students in vulnerable contexts around the country in virtual, hybrid, and face-to-face formats.
With your support and that of other allies, we have focused on strengthening our operation. It is essential not to take your eye off education at this time. Today's investment in education will help the world reduce the damage caused by the pandemic and prevent future crises. As Justin W. Van Fleet mentions, continuing to invest in education goes beyond continuing with normality and paving the way for young people to continue to participate in society and the economy, it is imperative to remember that education fuels innovation and develops the skills and talents that will be needed to solve future epidemics and crises. Today's children will be the future nurses, epidemiologists, doctors, researchers, and experts.
