I hope you are doing very well. From Semillero Digital, we want to thank you once again because thanks to your commitment, we are having a very successful year
As we mentioned last time, this year we started with a new structure in the dynamics of our training sessions, and the good news is that we are achieving excellent results. The dropout rate has decreased from 34% to 21%, and participation in practical classes has increased from 63% to 84%.
Also, June has been a record month in terms of employability: thanks to the partnerships we established, 6 students got jobs in the following companies: at Adidas, for the role of Customer Service Analyst; at Naranja X, as a Sales Experience Advisor; at Givaudan, two students were hired for Indirect Materials Purchasing positions; at Go for Marketing, for the role of Junior Community Manager, and similarly at E-comm.
Additionally, for the past few days, we have been conducting mock job interviews with each of the students and volunteer HR professionals; it is a very valuable and enriching experience for the young people, who gain a lot of learning and tips for their future real interviews. And the students have been also visiting companies, as Google and Ceven, where they learn a lot abour digital market enviroment.
