Winter has arrived on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau! 135 students and 5 teachers need the school floor repaired with wood to help retain heat and keep everyone warm, and warm clothing for students on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau.
Staying warm during the winter months is tough on the Qinghai-Tibetan Plateau. 135 students and 5 teachers in the Pureland Project supported schools are currently in need of updated flooring to stay warm and in school, and 126 students are in need of warm clothing.
By providing flooring and warm clothes for the students at the schools we are keeping them warm so that they can focus on learning!
Keeping the students in schools over the winter months will improve the future prospects for 135 students. By providing safe, healthy and warm spaces for them to learn now, this ensures that they will have more opportunities in the future.
