Thanks to the meaningful alliance between Kardias and the Hospital de la Niñez Oaxaqueña—and the generous support of our donors—37 children from Oaxaca received life-saving cardiac procedures in 2024. These treatments, previously out of reach due to limited infrastructure and a shortage of specialized professionals in the region, are now a reality.
This collaboration has created a vital bridge to expert care and has given each of these children a renewed chance to grow, play, and dream—powerful proof that access to specialized healthcare can truly transform lives and futures.
The impact goes even further. Kardias also awarded 40 scholarships to cardiologists from Oaxaca to complete the internationally certified Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) course from the American Heart Association. This simulation-based training strengthens critical skills in pediatric emergency response, helping to build local capacity and save even more lives.
To all who make this possible—thank you. Your support brings hope and healing to where it’s needed most.
