Nyalenda community slums, is a floods prone area. Every year it faced with a lot of challenges in flooding which is perennial. It usually comes with a lot challenges of destruction. People have got their property swept away by rain, crops destroyed and houses destroyed.
JWF through various partners have been building cheap mud walled or temporary structures for the affected residents of Nyalenda. We want to continue giving a helping hand to ensure that our people live a decent life.
We have a plan of doing two houses by January and we still appeal for help and support to achieve our target of 50 houses. Ut is possible and I believe we will.
GOD BLESS ALL OF YOU.
