This quarter from December 2024 to February 2025, MRC Nepal focused on opportunities of income generation for victim families affected by storm disaster. In this regards based on victim famlies demand and need MRC Nepal supported fresh vegetables production technology for raising long run income generation. In this regards MRC Nepal provided skill enhanced capacity building training, bio pesticide making training, seed and input support and continued technical backstopping support. Victim families are engaged in vegetable farming for household kitchen requirement as well as income generation from the sale of vegetable.
The victim families are abled to produce enough vegetables and earn attractive income from the selling of the vegetables which ensure nutrition security, food security and better livelihod from the increasing income. These victim families are pleased of getting support and thanked to GlobalGiving Donor and MRC Nepal.
