As summer comes to a close, activity at Greenhill continues to be bustling. So far this year we’ve cared for over 3,900 animals including 20 different species. Our programs and services continue to grow as the need increases. We’ve provided care for 10% more animals this year than last.
Thanks to your support, we are able to expand our services, but there is still a long way to go to meet all the needs. We have seen an increase in cases involving animal abandonment and situations in which people are overwhelmed. We are continually receiving calls from individuals looking for low-cost options to spay and neuter free-roaming community cats. Our community pet pantry can’t keep up with the calls for support.
Greenhill strives to build a world of compassion and respect, and we are pleased that you are on this mission with us.
On behalf of all of the animals and people that we are helping, thank you for the support you are giving to Greenhill. Thank you, also, for the care you are giving to your own family and to the community.
