Watch the infant Abdullah five months after recovery
Abdullah is about to complete his first six months, he is in good health, and he does not need anticonvulsant medications.
The infant Abdullah was brought to Al-Ikhaa hospital, located in north of Syria, five hours after he had hypoxia at his birth, and he needed advanced resuscitation. Thanks to your support, we could provide intensive care for 12 days during which the newborn child was put to ventilation, and he received the proper healthcare including treating his low blood sugar, controlling his body temperature, treating blood infection with suitable antibiotics, and managing the accompanying bleeding disorders.
Abdullah was discharged after he became in good health. He can now depend on breastfeeding as the results of the neurological examination was also good. Today, the health staff were glad to see a photo of Abdullah enjoying better health, and we would like to share with you this great achievement.
