With your unparalleled generosity, we began the treatment journey for the child Karam with a lot of hope that your kindness revived in the spirit of this child and his family.
Two months ago, we started the first session of bone marrow transplantation or what is known as stem cell therapy through two injections in the spinal cord and vein, and signs of improvement have started to appear in the child over the past days. There is a second session soon to complete the stem cell transplantation to complete Karam's treatment.
As you know, the child suffers from severe encephalitis or what is known as SSPE, and there is no conventional treatment for this disease around the world. Meanwhile, we have applied this specific and modern treatment with your support as the best procedure that could be taken for a child who lost all his skills and vital functions.
Words of thanks are not enough... May God reward you well, and we pray to God that the coming days bring good news about the child and that he regains his ability to speak to thank you himself.
