The flood affected victim families during this quater have been benifited from seeds of vegetable crops and fruit sapling of Litchi, Lemon, Avocardo etc. for the plantation of fruits in home garden. The vegetables seeds are distributed for growing early winter off-season production so that there will be very good prices of vegetable product while marketing. During November, December in Nepal their is high price in Merket. There will no problem of marketing of vegetable. These beneficiaries have received skill enhancement production technology and marketing training. They also received training for making domestic Bio-pesticides so that thy will be able of producing eco-friendly organic vegetable products having better price in market.
In this regards these beneficiaries will be able of increasing income from the selling of vegetable products so that this increase income will invest on household expences and education of their children. Along with this the fruit plantation will make support on environment for a climate resilience (Carbon sequestration) and income of the family.
