The Egyptian Food Bank is the first to establish Sak Odheya in Egypt since 2006 to facilitate the sacrifice process for those who are entitled to distribute it fairly to reach those who deserve it in all governorates of Egypt. Over years of experience, the Egyptian Food Bank has become a pioneer for Sak Odheya program in Egypt, with all aspects related to slaughtering, distribution and access to the deliver the odheya meat to the real beneficiaries in all villages and governorates of Egypt at the best price and highest quality.
Slaughtering is done inside Egypt in the following places ( during the Islamic Tashreeq days).
Egyptian food bank has directed 2023 donations recieved to Sak Odheya project via GlobalGiving to provide almost 35 families with Odheya meat , with a number of benefeciaries almost equivalent to 175 beneficiaries
