Greetings to all caring people with great big hearts!
It is June 2023 – we made it through the winter and spring because of the help of kind and indifferent people like you!
Thank you for helping us go through the cold season – with your donations, we were able to pay for the heating and electricity.
Our Khust shelter continues to provide a safe, home-like place for Ukrainian refugees who had to flee the war. Currently, around 70 people stay in our shelter regularly, including 11 children and some pets!. However, some refugees just come and go, so we serve them as a safe transition place.
Our recent mission was to reorganize our children’s playing room because the old one was in bad condition for them.
War is an ugly thing that steals from everyone, but especially from kids, so our goal is to bring some joy and fun into their lives.
Once again, sending best wishes and gratitude from Ukraine to all of you! Thank you for your help!
