Teaching disable children is a major Challenge when it comes to children with developmental challenges especially autism. These children with special needs require a safe, familiar and nonthreatening, open environment for learning. If not, their discomfort is manifested through various means (shouting, rolling, hand flapping, crouching, etc.) all deterrents to their attention and concentration. Lifetime behavior patterns are formed during this period when brain development is most active
A consistent, peaceful look and feel for the classrooms in which they move gives them a more comfortable and secure feeling. Also, the therapy and outdoor play equipment has to be easy and safe to use for our children with gross motor and fine motor difficulties. Once the children are settled in these infrastructures' matters, it will facilitate their sitting tolerance and focus to better learning.
We would like to create a model school environment for children with special needs. This entails equipping all the classrooms with appropriate uniform furniture and other paraphernalia that enables a conducive learning atmosphere.
