By Ehab Elsawaf | Senior Major Gifts Officer, ActionAid USA
Hello,
Thank you for your support of this project. I'm writing to share some udpates on ActionAid's work.
ActionAid is on the ground in Kutupalong-Balukhali (Cox's Bazar, Bangladesh), the world’s largest refugee camp, coordinating relief efforts to support Rohingya refugee women and girls. Our comprehensive approach includes providing safe spaces, food, emergency shelter, clean water, hygiene kits, and toilets, reaching more than 73,000 refugees to date.
Since the onset of this humanitarian emergency in 2017, ActionAid has prioritized local leadership, women’s rights, and advocacy for sustainable solutions to the crisis. Your support has enabled us to continue these critical efforts, ensuring that the most vulnerable refugees have access to the resources they need.
Thank you for your continued support. Together, we are making a significant difference in the lives of the Rohingya and advocating for long-term solutions to their plight.
