Thank you so much for your support of this project. I’m writing to share some updates from ActionAid’s emergency response to support Rohingya Refugee Women. We appreciate you taking the time to learn about and act in response to this crisis.
As we have seen in our work, climate disasters, conflicts and displacements disproportionally affect women and marginalized populations. ActionAid’s humanitarian signature focuses on local leadership that is women-led and rights-based. Thanks to generous donors like you, we’ve been able to educate local leaders on gender-based violence and Covid-19 prevention. We have also supported children impacted by disasters by providing educational materials and toys. Please consider sharing this project with your network, so we can continue to support those on the frontlines of poverty and injustice.
