Thank You for being here with us and continually supporting the Yoga 4 Change mission. Your generosity is very appreciated.
We have been working on a new video with a marketing firm in Jacksonville, Florida, Mad Men Marketing, to better tell the Yoga 4 Change story and impact. Below is that video. We hope you know that it is because of you and your support that we are able to get more mental and physical health resources to individuals who need them!

We continue to teach inside the carceral facilities in Duval, Seminole and Putnam counties and also in partnership with the 4th Judicial court system in Duval County. We are offering weekly women's and men's classes in-person, as well as court-ordered classes virtually.
