Adoption

At CRESCA we have staff who carry out feeding, cleaning and maintenance tasks at the center 365 days a year.
We also have volunteers who do pet walks.
But one of our challenges is feeding pets, since with more than 79 4-legged friends, it is our biggest expense.

Housekeeping and maintenance of the facility (pipe repair)
Feeding, watering, and veterinary care for residents of the facility
3 lowcost sterilizations were completed by M.V.Z. Uriel Valdez for community pets.
17 free sterilizations were carried out thanks to the collaboration with the Ministry of Health.
Ivermectin was applied to all pets at the center for flea and tick control.
3 pet cremation services were provided to people in the community who have lost their 4-legged friends.
In coordination with the local government and support from the Colorado State University, 163 sterilizations of dogs and cats were carried out in the community.
Due to the increase in drug costs, the M.V.Z. Urien Valdez informs us that it is not possible to continue with subsidized sterilizations.
