Helping Syria's Children: Hope Amid Hardship

By Hasan Sadik | Project leader

Dear Donor,

On the outskirts of Suran in northern Syria, thousands of displaced families live in makeshift homes that lack the most basic necessities of life. Poverty, scarce resources, and unemployment have made survival an everyday struggle, especially for children and their families.

Hamza’s Struggling Family
Among these families is Hamza’s, consisting of his father, mother, and five sisters. They live in a modest home on the city’s outskirts, facing severe hardship. Hamza’s father struggles to find work, making it difficult to secure food and other essentials, especially with rising prices and the worsening economic situation.

A Young Boy Facing Harsh Conditions
Despite his young age, Hamza carries a great sense of responsibility for his family. He helps his mother care for his younger sisters and does his best to support them in these difficult times.

Your Generosity Has Made a Difference
Thanks to your donations, we were able to provide a complete food basket for Hamza’s family, helping them get through these tough days.

The Importance of Continued Donations
But the need remains immense. Many families continue to suffer in silence, hoping for a helping hand to ease their burdens. With your generosity, we can provide food and hope to children like Hamza, allowing them to live with dignity despite the challenges they face. Thank you for your kindness and ongoing support—you are making a real difference in the lives of those in need.

With many thanks
