Thanks to Your Generosity... Hope Is Restored to Those Who Have Lost Everything

By HUSSAM AUSTA | project leader

Dear Donor,

As this new year begins, hope is renewed in the hearts of millions of Syrians who have endured 14 years of war—a war that has extinguished their dreams and burdened their lives with suffering. Yet, despite the pain and deprivation, your generosity breathes new life into their hopes and gives them the strength to persevere toward a better tomorrow.

Thanks to your support, we were able to deliver a food basket to the family of Mr. Hazem, who lives in Kafra Camp in northern Syria. Hazem is a father of three young children, spending his days struggling to provide them with the basics of life. But with no job opportunities and the harshness of winter, securing food had become almost impossible. This basket was more than just food for his family; it was a message of hope that someone hears their cries and stands by them during their darkest days.

But this is just one story. Hundreds of families are still waiting desperately for your support. Your continued generosity means life for those who have lost everything. It means children will go to bed without hunger and families will feel a moment of safety.

Thank you for your boundless humanity. You are the true heroes who remind us that the world remains a better place because of kind hearts like yours. Together, we can make a difference.

With deepest gratitude,
 Amal  Al-Umma Team
