We are incredibly close to finally finishing the entire construction!
The first floor, comleted in June this year, has been home to our grounsdkeeper's family. Thanks to your generous contributions, we were able apply ceramic tile floors and add an extra bedroom that the old house did not have.
With this new construction we also built a second floor. Currently, all the walls and bathroom are installed, we are just waiting on windows and doors. The second floor has three bedrooms where we hope to welcome future volunteers to help in the areas of Englihs, Psychology, Art, and Physical Education. Receiving volunteers helps to open our students' minds to the world beyon Canoa and inspire them to aspire to greater futures. Volunteers contribute with all kinds of skills and experiences that our students benefit from. We are very excited to move forward next year with our volunteer housing.
