Dear RestoringVision supporter,
This is an exciting time for RestoringVision. On Friday, June 7, we're celebrating #ReadingGlassesDay for the first time ever! As a valued Reading Glasses Day supporter, we'd like to take a moment to update you on this important campaign.
So far, we have raised $1,480 to create access to glasses for 1,850 people living in impoverished communities in Angola, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, and Tanzania. With restored vision, they will be able to work, read, care for their families, and enjoy better lives.
While this is a great start and we are extremely grateful to everyone who has contributed so far, we still have a long way to go to meet our $20,000 goal to create access to glasses for 25,000 people in need. Please spread the word about #ReadingGlassesDay with your family and friends, and invite them to #SeeTheOpportunity with you by making a contribution today.
Thank you for being on this important journey with us to restore vision for people in need.
Best regards,
The RestoringVision Team
