Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative improving the biodiversity of the rainforest. Our forest areas are being threatened with de-forestation as farmers seek lands for their food production and trees are cut for the construction of shelter and for fuelwood. We try our best to support farmers by training and educating them in the production of mixed crops so that they have food in the immediate and they also derive long-term benefits from the trees. This strategy is a winning one and farmers like this. Hoping that we will expand this in several villages. This reporting period we are able to train a total of 72 farmers and hoping that we will be able to train some more.
Very sincerely yours,
Jed Christian Sayre
