Dear Friend,
Thank you very much for your generous support to our initiative providing care and help for indigent children. This reporting period we focus our attention to letting families where they have indigent children to grow food for themselves via simple gardening and farming techniques with resources that they can easily procure from around their houses and farms. In this way we help prevent the problem of malnutrition and lack of food for their families. Gardening is simple and easy to do in their spare time and the production is continuous. We train them to use native varieties so that they are able to re-use the seeds in the next planting cycle. We were able to engage 72 families in this manner during this reporting time.
