Just days ago, Mr. Mohammed—a man in his sixties from Syria—was holding on to life by a thread, praying for just one more dialysis session to survive.
Diabetes had silently destroyed his kidneys, and every missed session brought him closer to death. He lived in pain, counting minutes instead of hours, unsure if he would make it to the next treatment.
But everything changed because of you.
Thanks to your compassion and generosity, Uncle Mohammed is now receiving regular weekly dialysis sessions through SEMA's dialysis centers in northern Syria.
His health is improving. His smile is slowly returning. And for the first time in a long time… he’s able to breathe with a little more peace.
You were the answer to his prayers.
And not just his—dozens of patients like him are now receiving the life-saving treatment they desperately need.
