We're getting closer to the goal! Thank you so much to the generous donors who made large contributions last month. You've now raised $4,787, plus $2,000 in matching funds from GlobalGiving - amazing!
Next week brings an opportunity to get small donations matched, with the August "Little by Little" campaign. From August 12 to 16, or until funds run out, GlobalGiving will match every donation up to $50 at 60%. (If you donate $50, they'll turn it into an $80 gift. If you give $10, they'll make it a $16 gift.) Can you pitch in $10 next week?
Escuela Adelante's organic vegetable garden continues to grow and produce healthy ingredients for our students' lunches. We can't wait to build a proper kitchen and cafeteria, and see this nutrition program really blossom.
Thanks for keeping up with our progress and for helping the youth of San Juan del Sur lead healthy and happy lives. We hope to see your support next week!
