A Seed of Hope Growing in the Heart of a Child Dre

By Hasan Sadik | Project leader

Dear Generous Donor,

Today, we share with you a touching story about the family of Wisam, a young boy whose dreams are far greater than his years. Wisam is a cheerful, life-loving child who adores drawing and dreams of becoming a famous artist one day, painting the world with the vibrant colors of hope that his reality often lacks.

Wisam lives with his mother, Mrs. Rabea, and his younger sister, Hala, in one of the makeshift camps in rural Souran, northern Syria. In a modest tent that lacks even the most basic necessities of life, his mother struggles with all her strength to provide a dignified life for her two children despite the merciless hardships surrounding them.

Thanks to your generous support, we were able to deliver bread to Wisam’s family and dozens of other families. Bread has become a symbol of life and safety in a reality where many are deprived of the simplest rights. These donations are not merely food to ease their daily hunger; they are a message of hope that someone stands beside them, extending a helping hand in their darkest hours.

Your continued contributions are what give these families the strength to face their daily struggles and keep the dreams of children like Wisam alive in their tender hearts. You are the hope that lights their path and the comforting hand that wipes away their tears.

Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for your generosity that makes a difference. With every loaf of bread you provide, you gift life, restore hope, and bring smiles to faces weary from sorrow.

May you remain a beacon of light in this world.

With heartfelt prayers,
The Amal Al-Ummah Charity Team
