Over the last couple months our team has continued organizing formula deliveries to families all over our region. Thankfully the number of requests has been going down as many people have been able to return to work in Bangkok or the tourist areas where they usually receive an income. One recent visit we made was to twin boys who live with their grandparents after their parents divorced and abandoned them. Once again our health network in Ubon has been a huge help in identifying struggling families like this one.
Last week, Thailand saw its first COVID outbreak since March and the largest outbreak yet. The government is talking about shutting down the economy again although this time they are doing it in increments to hopefully have less negative economic impact. We are still receiving formula requests through our network so if you'd like to continue supporting the formula program, please help us finish our $20,000 goal. Thank you!
