Some months it is hard to know what to say, but every day that the children come to the Nourish Eco Village and we are able to provide them with a meal, lovingly cooked over the fire by the gogos (grannies) we are grateful. Grateful for your support, and for every dollar, euro and cent that makes this possible. Whilst we still have a long way to go to raise enough monthly donations to know that we can feed the children every day and every month (recurring donations are especially helpful in this regard, so thank you!) we are still thankful everytime we take the time to reflect. So many children have a warm meal, to allow them to read, learn, play, grow and develop. This is a beautiful thing. This makes a big impact. Mother Theresa says it best:
“If you can't feed a hundred people, then feed just one.” –Mother Teresa.
Thank you for helping us provide 9900 meals in the last three months, without you all - this would not be possible.
