Dear friends and partners,

We are pleased to let you know that we have distributed three milking cows to three single adolescent mothers through our ongoing project of Providing Cows to 66 Adolescent Mothers’. Additionally, we provided them with tools to support in taking care of the cows including salt, sprayers among others. All the receivers are 18 years old.

With these cows, mothers will be able to create self-sufficiency and combat
nutrient deficiencies for their children.

We couldn’t do this without you! We extend our gratitude for your support and look forward to continuing our work together to support these adolescent mothers. We will keep following up with them in case they are in need of any further support while taking care of their cows.

"I am happy to receive this cow because it will help me reduce the burden of raising my child, as my family's financial situation is not good. I believe that I will be financially independent because the cow will produce manure, milk and calves. I will be able to pay for my child's health services, school fees, and feed myself and my child. I'll take care of this cow and make sure it's healthy. Since we are in savings groups if I need something that requires a lot of money, I will take a small loan from the cooperative and take care of it. I now have hope for the future. May God bless everyone who donated to this project"
