The Change You Make Possible

Over the past three months, our project has remained dedicated to protecting and supporting children and adolescents in vulnerable situations. We provided over 200 psychosocial assistance sessions during this period and organized various activities to promote emotional well-being, education, and community integration.

One of the most remarkable experiences was a special day in December when we took all the children from Cepac to a countryside retreat. It was a day filled with joy, nature, and fun, allowing them to relax and enjoy a safe environment outside their daily challenges. In January, during the school vacation period, we hosted holiday workshops filled with recreational activities, ensuring the children had a happy and engaging break. February was all about celebrating Carnival! The children designed and decorated their festive shirts and, at the end of the month, joined a small samba school for a lively parade through the community streets.

Jhasmynne, an 08-year-old boy, is one of the children who has greatly benefited from these experiences. When she first arrived at Cepac, she was withdrawn and hesitant to interact. However, through continuous support and participation in our activities, she began to express herself more and discovered a passion for painting. Today, Jhasmynne proudly showcases her artwork, using colors to tell her story and emotions, regaining confidence and hope for the future.

Our commitment continues! We are strengthening our partnerships and improving our initiatives to ensure more children receive the support they need. Thank you for participating in this journey and making a difference in their lives!

Stay tuned for more updates soon.
