The 2024 FullStack intensive training wrapped up at the end of November and was followed by TypeScript & Testing BootCamp. Of 25 scholarship recipients, 23 completed the final projects showcasing strong technical skills and commitment.
The last step of the program was the Employability Seminar, a three-session workshop to prepare them for the job market. It was led by HR professionals from Adviters (https://adviters.com/), and covered: CV writing, LinkedIn best practices, Interview preparation, and Mock interviews. Participants received personalized feedback and networked with industry professionals.
One of the attendees shared: "I had been waiting for an opportunity to speak directly with HR professionals, ask questions, and receive practical tips. This was exactly what I needed to gain confidence for my job search."
Post-Bootcamp Outcomes
Just two months after completing the program:
8 graduates have already secured jobs in software development.
1 graduate applied for a scholarship to continue studying Computer Science & IT.
1 graduate is now freelancing.
The remaining 13 graduates are actively job-hunting; we are confident they will find opportunities soon.
Graduate Stories
Stefani: "Graduating from the Full Stack Web Development course and the TypeScript & Testing Bootcamp has been truly life-changing. Before joining, I struggled to break into tech—I had the passion but lacked the right opportunities. Thanks to this training, I secured a job as a functional analyst for a U.S. company, something I never imagined possible. Today, I’m working in a field I love, growing professionally, and building a future that once felt out of reach. I can't thank you enough for making this opportunity available to me and so many others."
Alexis: "The Bootcamp gave me the skills and confidence I needed to enter the tech industry. The training was intense but incredibly rewarding, and the support from mentors made all the difference. I hope the program continues to open doors for more young people like me."
We are very proud of what these young professionals have achieved and deeply grateful for your support in making this possible. Thank you for your generosity.
