Education as a Catalyst for Change

By Anabella Maudet | Executive Director

At Integrar, education is a transformative force, especially for young people from challenging backgrounds, and we believe that Tech education, in particular, offers a direct path to rewarding, meaningful work in a thriving industry.

We continuously update our program content to keep it at the forefront of industry trends. Recent additions, like workshops on file handling and AI integration, enabled the 16 finalists from the 2024 cohort to present awe-inspiring final projects—fully functional web applications with mobile versions, showcasing their skills in database integration and generative AI tools.

Stefani, a graduate from this last cohort, sent us a mail in which she said: “Thanks to the IntegrarTEC course, I got a good job, with a great salary and social benefits. I was selected because I handled the technical interview well, especially in the back-end and databases. I relied on my final project from IntegrarTEC to showcase my skills. Without the course, I wouldn't have had this knowledge.”

With support from the Novum Foundation, each team embarked on a two-month accelerator course on TypeScript and Testing to further refine and elevate their projects. They will graduate at the end of the month.

Tomorrow’s Talent: New Selection and Training

The rigorous selection process for the IntegrarTEC 2025 cohort was launched November 4 and is still on going. These future scholars will join the 51 FullStack developers who have already completed the program, each one a testament to our mission of changing futures through education.

A Voice in Shaping the Industry

Through an invitation to participate in CESSI’s "Software as a Future" (SAAF) initiative, we recently joined discussions with business leaders, NGOs, and foundations about effective strategies for helping vulnerable youth enter the tech sector. This was an invaluable opportunity to advocate for accessible pathways to tech careers in an industry that urgently needs skilled talent to continue growing.

Our Deepest Gratitude

None of this would be possible without your belief in IntegrarTEC’s mission. We extend our heartfelt thanks to each of you; your support sustains our program and fuels the dreams and ambitions of every young person who joins us.

Together, we’re not just providing education; we’re building futures.
Thank you very much!
