Vocational training is well underway at NVSS, thanks to YOU! One of two workshops on campus is complete and the first group of students now have their own space for vocational training. There are a total of 16 first year vocational students at NVSS. This pioneer vocational class is made up of 9 males and 7 females. Students can choose to take vocational courses in Tailoring & Cutting Garments or Brick/Block Laying & Concrete Practice.
Your students have been busy learning their chosen trades. Besides taking their vocational courses, students also study math, English, and computer training. When funds are available to begin the second workshop, it will house the Mechanical and Metal vocations. YOU can help complete NVSS and make additional vocational training possible by making a donation today!
MORE BIG NEWS- August 2, 2016 marked the 15th anniversary of The Nyaka AIDS Orphans Project. Thank YOU for making this milestone possible! YOUR generous love and support has TRANSFORMED LIVES!
