Thanks to YOU, the Nyaka Vocational Secondary School (NVSS) is looking better and better every day!
We're sending some new photos of NVSS especially for YOU! Thanks to YOU, the boys dormitory now has a roof! YOUR boys will be so excited to finally have a dormitory of their own instead of sleeping in classrooms in the Administration Building.
The remaining academic buildings and cafeteria still need to be competed but this new development renews our hope that YOUR students will be sleeping, eating, and--MOST IMPORTANTLY--learning in a brand new school by the end of next year.

This September, we told you that our Founder and Executive Director, Twesigye Jackson Kaguri, was nominated for the 2015 Waislitz Global Citizen Award. Thanks to YOUR votes and shares, Jackson won! He was officially named the 2015 Waislitz Global Citizen in front of a crowd of 60,000 people at the Global Citizen Festival in New York City!
Now more people than ever have heard about Nyaka and it's all because of YOU!
This is a big step forward to help more children and grandmothers in Uganda.
