YOUR partnership is helping us reduce barriers to education through the Nyaka Vocational Secondary School.
Construction of phase two is still ongoing, but thanks to YOUR help, we are making progress every day towards our goal of finishing the next step in construction in time to welcome YOUR second class of students in February 2016.
YOUR support is vital to YOUR students' success!
With the first trimester completed, we are seeing great things from YOUR students. 72% are on track to pass their end of year exams in December. Because they are so close to Nyaka staff and their support network, any students who need more help will have the resources they need to improve.
This is the first year Nyaka staff have been able to give YOUR secondary and vocational students the quick, in person supports they need to achieve their highest potential. Because of YOU, more of YOUR students will be able to graduate high school and go to University!
The best part is, YOUR investment is only going to grow. As NVSS is completed, more students will be on track to go to university. Their children will be more likely to go to university and every generation after that.
YOU are not just building a school. YOU are building up countless generations of change makers who have broken free from the cycle of poverty.
