By Cesario V. Sayre | Project Leader
Dear Friend,
Warm greetings and thank you very much for your generous support in order for us to take care of stray animals. We do not know how to stop the practice of local villagers just letting their dogs roam around, and the female producing so many puppies that are then also left unattended and uncared for thereby continuing the vicious cycle of uncared dogs. Some of the stray dogs become rabid as they are left alone without food and shelter. This reporting period we continue treating stray dogs in 2 more remote villages. Aside from treating the dogs, we provided them with food so that they will return to normal healthy condition. In this way, we were able to care for 120 dogs and puppies. In the coming days we plan to invite a veterinarian coming from the city to conduct education campaign for dog owners.
Again, thank you very much for your generosity.
Very sincerely yours,
Cesario
