By providing healthcare awareness and services to the under tent children, we will save them from the die of several sicknesses. Mostly, the Coronavirus that is spreading rapidly in Afghanistan we need to follow and obtain the cautions against the pandemic virus. It is obvious that observing personal cleanliness is very important for affecting the prevention, so, unfortunately, the under tent children don't have access to healthcare awareness and service.
Afghanistan is a war-torn country that has followed many challenges such as healthcare risks for children. Simply, thousands children who live under tents with their families, are under the serious healthcare risks thread that is in Kabul city who migrated from around provinces because of conflicts. Based on the Afghanistan Health Ministry, hundreds of those children die due to unavailability of accessing the basic healthcare services because of a lack of awareness, communication, and knowledge.
This project will help 120 under tent children aged between 6-15 by giving 15 days of healthcare and cleanliness training. The training will be run in 6 days of theory knowledge, 6 days of practical, and 3 days of healthcare awareness for the children's guardians in order to keep prolonged the sustainability and efficiency of the project. At the end of the project, the beneficiaries will receive a complete hygienic package to realize personal cleanliness importance in a lifetime.
Plying basic medical and healthcare services is a good opportunity to state the cleanliness and healthcare culture among the under tent people especially children to found healthcare awareness and importance among them. Besides this, by involving children's guardians in the training they will learn basic healthcare and cleanliness practices as they will transfer the learned knowledge to the rest of their own children, and relatives. Finally, it will cause a healthy Afghan community.
