With the support of The Power of Play, a playground has been constructed at Groupe scolaire Sheli school in Kamonyi District, Rugarika Sector, Sheli cell in Gatovu village. The Playground will be used by more than 2,000 children. It was officially inaugurated on 21/03/2022.
On 22/03/2022, The power of play team visited Nyamagana Playground to see how it continues be maintained. It is a great achievement for the power of play team after seeing again the great contribution they have made constructing this playground and its impacts to the community including teach children how to play, and be playful, getting children to socialize, grow and love. “Never ever think that your idea is “too small”- If you have the opportunity to make a positive impact and improve the lives of others, DO IT,” said one of them. They planted fruit trees wishing the children good health and prosperity.
